1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of meihanda.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Meihanda (Foshan Meihanda Sports Equipment Co., Ltd.). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Orders
All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due at checkout via the payment methods offered on the Site (PayPal, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer T/T). For bank transfer orders, goods are dispatched after payment is confirmed in our account.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination. We ship worldwide with reliable carriers. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are not grounds for cancellation or refund. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipments arranged by you; we carefully pack all orders.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. To initiate a return, contact us within the applicable period. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your cost unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by our Warranty Policy against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or modifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meihanda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if not resolved, through the courts of Foshan, Guangdong.
