Are Meihanda bikes factory direct?
Yes. Meihanda is a professional bicycle manufacturer with over 20 years of OEM/ODM experience. When you buy from meihanda.com, you buy directly from the factory at factory-direct prices.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard international shipping takes 10-20 business days with tracking. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS) takes 5-10 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom/OEM products and installed consumable parts are non-returnable.
What warranty do Meihanda bikes have?
Carbon and aluminum frames carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Components carry a 1-year warranty. See our Warranty Policy for details.
Do you offer OEM or private label manufacturing?
Yes. We offer full OEM manufacturing and ODM design services – frames, full bikes, and components with your branding. Contact our export team at meihandasport@outlook.com.
Are the bikes assembled when delivered?
Bikes ship 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, and pedals. Assembly guides and tools are included.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our secure checkout.
Are Meihanda frames UCI certified?
Selected models, such as the X-TREME gravel road bike, feature UCI-certified frames built from 7005 aluminum and T800 carbon fiber.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. For wholesale and OEM orders, sample units are available before mass production. Contact our export team to arrange samples.
