Bike Frames — Carbon & Alloy
A frame is the most expensive single part of a bicycle: in our own cost index it takes 36% of the bill of materials, more than any component except the groupset. It is also the part that decides whether a bike is safe ten years from now.
We build frames in T700, T800 and T1100 carbon, and in 6061 and 7005 aluminium. Structural and fatigue testing follows ISO 4210 on frames sampled from every production order — not on a single prototype. Painting and decals are done in house, which is why colour changes do not add a month to the schedule.
What to check before ordering: frame weight in the size you actually sell, maximum tyre clearance, bottom bracket standard, and whether the geometry is an existing platform or a new mould. A new mould is a tooling decision with an MOQ attached to it, not a design preference.
