Frame Warranty

Carbon fiber frames: 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
Aluminum frames: 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects

Component Warranty

Components (fork, drivetrain, brakes, wheels) carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, unless a longer warranty is provided by the component brand.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including structural failure of the frame.

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, cables, bar tape)
Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper assembly
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Paint damage and cosmetic wear

Warranty Process

Contact us with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will evaluate and provide a solution – repair, replacement part, or replacement product – within a reasonable timeframe.
